    The Forli Italian Restaurant offers full service catering for events including social, corporate & business functions, Christmas parties, wine dinners, and more. Our venue offers indoor & alfresco outdoor dining areas providing an ideal space for your special occasion.

    Currently, we cater groups between 10 - 80 pax.

    The selection of the menu for your function must be done 3 days prior to the date of the event. This includes the type of menu, the food options and the selection of wines. All groups of 10 or more people will require a function menu.

    Mon, Wed, Thurs : 55 per person

    Fri- Sun : 59 per person

    4 course shared Premium menu

    Mon, Wed, Thurs : 98 per person

    Fri- Sun : 102 per person

    Tea/Coffee is included in the Premium menu.

Venue booking and the fine print

 

What is the capacity of the venue?

We can currently host up to 60 pax for sit-down dinner and up to 80 pax for standing up canapés.

Is there a time duration limit for functions?

Lunch functions can begin as early as 11:30 am and must end by 4 pm.

Dinner functions can begin as early as 5 pm and must end by 10:30 pm.

Is a deposit required to confirm the group reservation?

A written confirmation and a deposit are required to secure the time and venue for your function.

Deposit for groups of 11-20 people: $400

Deposit for groups of 21 people and above : $800

Payment & Gratuity

The final account will be settled once the event has ended on that same day and the deposit will be deducted from the final account.

A 10% service charge will be added to your final account on the day of the event.

Final Numbers for the Event

Final numbers for the event must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the event. Charges apply as per the set menu for final confirmed numbers.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation related to a confirmed booking must be made in writing and the following time frames apply:

Cancellation prior 30 days : Full deposit amount refunded
Cancellation between 14 days - 30 days: 50% of deposit amount refunded
Cancellation within 14 days will not be refunded.
